"I have had auto and home insurance policies with state farm for decades. For the last 10 years Dean Stirm’s office has provided great customer service until this week. Worked with office agent for over a week that kept requesting new home information upon every visit to reestablish a previous home insurance policy. Upon arrive today that agent was not in the office and the other agent did not have access to the information for finalizing the policy and again asked for additional documentation(home pictures). I was happy to provide information that was requested the for the 1st two visits but this time I expressed my frustration with their process. I was told my behavior was “Surly” from whom I believe to be a manager of the office. It definitely was not Dean who I had met before and have great customer service from. This is definitely not the customer service I wish on anybody and am happy to take my $ to a State Farm agent that will not waste my time."
