"I was getting hassled by my previous insurance company demanding corrections pertaining to wildfires around my house that were impossible to do in the amount of time they were giving me and most of the demands weren’t necessary or ridiculous in nature. My guess is that they were looking for a reason to cancel us. I called and Micaela made it easy to make the switch to State Farm so it’s nice having peace of mind again. It’s nice knowing that there is an insurance company that welcomes you and isn’t putting ridiculous demands on our property. I just wanted to update here on the auto insurance side. My mom recently passed away and I needed to get her vehicles on my policy. I called the office and then after speaking with Jessica for a short time on the phone we communicated by text. Jessica made things very easy for me sending everything through text and in a couple hours the vehicles were insured. I was very appreciative of her willingness and helpfulness to get the vehicles insured quickly. I wanted to add another example of how great this office is to work with. I wanted to add another vehicle to my policy and I needed it done quickly so I could drive it away from the seller. I felt better just having it insured right away. I simply emailed the vin number and mileage and asked to add it using the same policy I have so full coverage and same deductible. Micaela had it done quickly and I driving home with it."

We were hearing horror stories of what the expense could be for adding a first-time teenage boy to our policies so we started shopping. After getting a quote that sounded good to us, we took it back to our friends at Dean Stirm's. Lisa took the time to look over the quote we received and pointed out some flaws in the estimate. She also did a lot of number crunching for a couple of days and then sat down with both of us, in person and went over everything.
